The Healthy Programmer - a healthy women with good morning

Programming maybe a dangerous profession, a programmer stay a long time behind the computer screen, which result a lot of pain from the weight to the eye strain. In this article i want to help you to avoid the bad healthy effect that can result from programming profession.

Your eyes are Important than Everything:

If you are a programmer you should be careful about the way you deal with your eyes health, there's a lot of way that can help keep you eyes healthy.

there's an approach that helps you save your eyes, it's called 20-20-20 Rules it's principle is to take from 20 minutes a 20 second break and 20 second focus at something far from you 20 feet at least.

You must be Sportif:

When i am talking about sport it doesn't matter what kind of sport you are in, you need to exercise for maintain your health, both physical health and mental.

If you are a healthy human  being that mean you are capable of take the challenges and learn new things, when you are a healthy man or women that mean you will be able to keep it up and never give up learning and solving you problems in general.

Sport will help you to ignore a lot of health problems that result from staying a long time in a chair, i know that doing sport really need motivation, specially if you are not a sport man or women, but you must do sport to be able to keep it up.

Developing good habits:

The success is result for good habits, one from a good habits is Sport, which we talked about in the first section, there is a lot of good habits and also a bad ones, you will be shocked how good habits will change you life to good.

Good habits needs from you the attendance and taking actions, it will not came without taking action, beside developing good habits you need to start eliminating the bad habits that you already doing.

Some from good habits for programmer:
  • Write Todo List every night for the tomorrow day
  • Weak up early (6 am is good)
  • Sleep between 6 and 8 hours regularly
  • The Rule of 20-20-20 that we talked about in Eyes Health section.
  • Do Sport
  • Hang out with friends
  • Drink lot of Water
  • Don't drink coffee a lot
  • Manage your Time  (Important things to less ones)
and so on, it's depend on you to find what good habits you want in your life.

Eat healthy food:

I don't know where are you from!  every place have different foods, and I am sure you are already knowing what are the good foods, you just need to start taking action about it.

With sport and eating good food be sure you will be healthy, but wait one more thing you must be eat a regularly meals, it's better to take 3 to 4 meals a day and in the same time every days so your brain will know where you start eating and when you stop eating.

It's a good habits to eat Apple a day, they say that: 
"An Apple a day keeps the doctor away"
from origin: 
"Eat an Apple on going to bed and you'll keep the doctor from earning his bread"
I eat an apple at 11 am between the Breakfast (7 am to 8 am) and the lunch (noon and 2 pm) then a tea at 5 pm, and dinner at 9 pm, i sleep between 10 pm and 11 pm, i just felt that maybe it can help you to organize you eating timing.
